My first (low carb) cookies ever!

1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup butter, room temp.
1/4 cup sweetener of your choice

1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips...I use dark chocolate
1/4 cup chopped nuts ...optional...

Preheat oven to 200°
Cream together butter and sweetener
Gradually beat egg into mixture

Add almond flour, salt, soda and vanilla and mix well
Add in chips and nuts and fold into batter
You can roll into 1 inch balls and press onto sprayed baking sheet...or just use a tsp like I do lol. 
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cookies rise and edges are brown.



Also added (wasn't part of receipt): pinch of xanthan gum, spoon of psyllum husk, some shredded coconut.
